Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By signing up for or using Chellular ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. The Service is provided by TheC ("we", "us"). You ("Customer") are the business that signs up.

2. The Service

Chellular is a customer service inbox that lets you manage messages from LINE, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram in one place, with AI-drafted replies. Features may change over time.

3. Account

• You must be 18+ and have authority to sign your business up.
• You're responsible for all activity on your account, including team members you invite.
• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• Keep your password secure.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to send spam, harass, violate any law, reverse-engineer or resell the Service, send messages without customer consent, attempt to break the Service, or send infringing/obscene/hateful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Subscription, billing, refunds

• Paid plans billed monthly or yearly via Omise (Thailand) or Stripe (UAE).
• You authorize charges at the start of each billing period.
• 14-day free trial — no auto-charge after trial without your explicit consent.
• Refunds: monthly plans non-refundable mid-month. Annual plans pro-rated within 30 days if not materially used.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
• Taxes (VAT 7% Thailand, 5% UAE) added where applicable.

6. Cancellation, suspension, termination

Cancel anytime from Workspace Settings. We may suspend if payment fails or Section 4 is violated. We may terminate with 30 days' notice for any reason, prorating any unused prepaid time.

7. Your data

You own your customer data and message content. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service. We do not use your data to train AI models. You can export your data anytime.

8. Our IP

We own the Chellular software, brand, and underlying tech. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service while you're a paying customer.

9. Third-party channels

Chellular connects to LINE, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms. We don't control them. You're responsible for complying with each platform's own terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will be error-free or always available (we aim for 99% uptime), or that AI-generated replies will be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing AI replies before they're sent in non-AUTO modes, and accountable for AUTO replies.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period. This doesn't limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or anything that can't be limited by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Governing law

• Thai workspaces: laws of Thailand. Disputes in Bangkok courts.
• UAE workspaces: laws of the UAE. Disputes in Dubai courts.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. If material changes, we'll email account owners 30 days before they take effect. Continued use = acceptance.
